伴刻 / WeTime 由北京造物引力科技有限公司运营，提供生活记录、共同空间、交流及可选 AI 创作。实际开放范围以所在渠道与功能页面为准。请使用你有权使用的账号，妥善保管登录凭证。
Banke / WeTime is operated by 北京造物引力科技有限公司. It provides personal memories, shared spaces, communication and optional AI creation. Availability depends on your channel and the feature shown. Use an account you are entitled to use and keep your credentials secure.
空间与内容 / Spaces and content
加入共同空间前请核对邀请与成员信息，并确认共享范围。空间成员可依权限查看共享内容。你保留自己内容的权利，并应取得上传、处理和分享素材所需的授权。你授权我们仅为提供你选择的服务存储、处理和展示这些内容。公开分享到广场是单独选择；请勿公开他人的私密内容或传播违法、侵权内容。
Check the invitation, members and sharing scope before confirming a shared space. Members can access shared content according to its permissions. You retain your rights in your content and must have permission to upload, process and share it. You allow us to store, process and display it to provide the services you choose. Public sharing is a separate choice. Do not publish private information without permission or unlawful or infringing content.
灵光与可选购买 / Glow and optional purchases
灵光（原积分）是用于应用内指定功能的个人虚拟额度。相伴天数、成长等级与经验不是可消费余额；共享空间不表示成员可使用对方的灵光。购买前请查看实际商品价格、数量和使用条件；生成前请查看报价。服务未开放、故障或限流不代表需要充值。
Glow (previously credits) is a personal virtual balance for designated app features. Days together, levels and experience are not spendable balances. Sharing a space does not give another member permission to spend your Glow. Review the product price, quantity and conditions before purchase, and the quote before generation. An unavailable service, error or rate limit does not mean you need to buy Glow.
支付与退款 / Payments and refunds
只有确认付款成功后才发放对应额度；待处理付款不视为已到账。退款申请可通过原购买渠道或下方客服提出，请提供订单编号，不要提供支付密码。Google Play 购买适用其退款流程及适用法律；其他渠道按购买页面披露的规则处理。本协议不排除消费者依法享有的退款或其他权利，不增加未明确确认的收费或自动续费。
Balances are granted only after payment is confirmed; pending payments are not completed purchases. Request a refund through the original purchase channel or contact support below with your order ID, never your payment password. Google Play purchases follow its refund process and applicable law; other channels follow the rules disclosed at purchase. These terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer rights or authorize undisclosed charges or automatic renewals.
AI 与设备权限 / AI and permissions
AI 创作是可选功能，可能出错或不符合预期，请在使用或分享前核对结果。AI 不是专业建议。素材及输入的处理范围、服务提供方和权限用途见隐私政策；请仅提交有权处理的内容。
AI creation is optional and may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Review results before use or sharing. AI is not professional advice. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of processing, providers and device permissions. Submit only content you are entitled to process.
隐私、停止使用与联系 / Privacy, leaving and contact
你可撤回系统中的可选权限，停止使用服务，并通过账号删除页面申请删除账号。删除与留存范围见隐私政策。影响现有权益的重大变更将作出说明，并在需要时重新征求同意。服务问题、权益争议及隐私请求请联系下方邮箱；本协议不限制适用法律赋予你的权利或救济途径。
You may revoke optional device permissions, stop using the service and request account deletion through the account deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details. Material changes affecting existing rights will be explained and renewed consent requested where required. Contact the address below for service issues, disputes or privacy requests. These terms do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
