Service and accounts

Banke / WeTime is operated by 北京造物引力科技有限公司. It provides personal memories, shared spaces, communication and optional AI creation. Availability depends on your channel and the feature shown. Use an account you are entitled to use and keep your credentials secure.

Spaces and content

Check the invitation, members and sharing scope before confirming a shared space. Members can access shared content according to its permissions. You retain your rights in your content and must have permission to upload, process and share it. You allow us to store, process and display it to provide the services you choose. Public sharing is a separate choice. Do not publish private information without permission or unlawful or infringing content.

Glow and optional purchases

Glow (previously credits) is a personal virtual balance for designated app features. Days together, levels and experience are not spendable balances. Sharing a space does not give another member permission to spend your Glow. Review the product price, quantity and conditions before purchase, and the quote before generation. An unavailable service, error or rate limit does not mean you need to buy Glow.

Payments and refunds

Balances are granted only after payment is confirmed; pending payments are not completed purchases. Request a refund through the original purchase channel or contact support below with your order ID, never your payment password. Google Play purchases follow its refund process and applicable law; other channels follow the rules disclosed at purchase. These terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer rights or authorize undisclosed charges or automatic renewals.

AI and permissions

AI creation is optional and may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Review results before use or sharing. AI is not professional advice. See the Privacy Policy for the scope of processing, providers and device permissions. Submit only content you are entitled to process.

Privacy, leaving and contact

You may revoke optional device permissions, stop using the service and request account deletion through the account deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details. Material changes affecting existing rights will be explained and renewed consent requested where required. Contact the address below for service issues, disputes or privacy requests. These terms do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Data use and optional measurement

This section describes basic usage records, operational diagnostics and optional measurement in WeTime Google Play builds. The simplified privacy notice in version 1.0.76 (161) accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy only. Its ordinary “Agree” action does not grant or automatically enable Google app analytics, Google ad measurement or TikTok install measurement. These optional services are off until you make a choice; existing grants, refusals and withdrawals remain unchanged. Manage them separately in Settings. Declining or withdrawing does not limit memories, AI or shared growth. Rewarded ads and their privacy options are managed separately.

Basic usage and operational diagnostics

We use page names, visit times, app versions, platforms, deduplicated visitor identifiers, key actions, request durations, status codes and pseudonymous request identifiers to understand product use, operate the service and investigate problems. Signed-in visits use a hashed account identifier for deduplication. These statistics exclude memory content, media, prompts, precise location and advertising identifiers. Structured visit and diagnostic details are retained for six calendar months; associated visit records are removed on account deletion. Request arrival, completion and interruption lifecycle logs use bounded rotation (up to three 8 MiB files), with at most 72 hours of lookback; rotation can overwrite older records sooner. Operational, payment and cost reports are available only to designated administrators. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Google app analytics and ad measurement

With explicit permission, Google Analytics for Firebase processes app-instance identifiers, device and network information (including IP-derived approximate location), app version, acquisition source, screen and feature usage and purchase events to understand usage and measure installs and purchases resulting from ads. This analytics integration disables ad personalization and Android advertising-ID collection. It does not receive memory content, photos, AI prompts, precise location, email or WeTime account IDs. Google may process this data outside your region. Manage or withdraw each choice in Me → Settings → Analytics and ad measurement. Withdrawal stops future collection on that device and resets the local analytics identifier; it does not automatically delete historical aggregate data.

TikTok install measurement

Only eligible new installations with explicit permission during first use start the TikTok App Events SDK. TikTok receives the first-launch install event and its time, app and SDK versions, an SDK-generated installation identifier, device model, operating-system version, language, screen size and density, network information (including IP address and user agent), installer application and available Google Play install-referrer information for install attribution. An IP address may indicate approximate location; the SDK also requests necessary runtime configuration. This integration disables Android advertising-ID collection, enhanced collection, automatic purchase, launch and next-day-retention events and additional monitoring. It does not send account IDs, email, phone numbers, memories, photos, videos, AI prompts or precise location. Data may be processed outside your region.

Existing installations, upgrades, later opt-ins and account changes are not backfilled as new installs. Withdraw in Me → Settings → TikTok install measurement. Withdrawal stops further collection and sending, cancels cancellable requests and clears unsent SDK data and local SDK identifiers. A local choice and install-deduplication record without account or advertising identifiers remains. Failed cleanup stays disabled and can be retried. A local switch cannot recall data already delivered to TikTok; contact support for further requests.
